This is a description of an old bakery from the 17th century situated in a beautiful green environment. The bakery has a total surface area of 50m². On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a kitchen, a sofa bed, and a dining area. Additionally, there is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a bathroom with a toilet. Moving to the first floor, there is a cozy bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a separate toilet, and a smaller bedroom with two single beds (90cm). The cottage is air-conditioned for the comfort of guests. Outside, there is a lovely lawned area available for guests, as well as a shared garden with a secure children's play area.
