Description:

Description for B&B:

La Croix du Reh has a rich history dating back to 1620 when an inn was constructed in the charming village of Chateauneuf - la Foret in Haute Vienne, Limousin, under the orders of French King Henry IV. Throughout the years, it has served various purposes, but now it has returned to its original intention of providing shelter to travelers as a charming bed and breakfast called "La Croix du Reh."

During the summer months, our guests have the pleasure of dining in our lovely garden, while evening meals are available upon request. Whether it be summer or winter, guests are warmly welcomed into our Salon, where they can enjoy the original oak beams and a grand open log fireplace.

Our bed and breakfast in Limousin offers an ideal alternative to self-catering gites or traditional hotels. As it is also our home, guests can experience the genuine warmth and hospitality of a traditional French bed and breakfast. In the midst of winter, especially when snow blankets the ground, our Salon's crackling log fire provides a cozy and inviting atmosphere. If you're interested in spending a carefree Christmas or New Year break with us, please visit our website for special offers.

We provide five en-suite bedrooms with varying capacities: the Rose Room accommodates 2-3 people, the Blue Room accommodates 1-2 people, the Gold Room accommodates 2-3 people, the Yellow Family Suite accommodates 2-5 people, and the Lavender Family Room accommodates 2-5 people. Additionally, baby cots can be provided in each bedroom. All rooms feature en-suite baths and/or showers, clock-radios, and coffee/tea-making facilities.

We are open year-round and strive to ensure that our bed and breakfast exceeds all your expectations of a traditional holiday accommodation in France.
