In 2007, Jean-Louis Vesperini took charge of his parents' hostel, together with his partner Nathalie, with the aim of preserving the often overlooked tradition of hospitality in the valleys. The rooms are modest yet well-appointed (rated 2 ears), and plans are underway for a new pool area overlooking the valley in the upcoming 2008 season. When it comes to dining, we follow the authentic agro-pastoral tradition, always highlighting the abundant local produce from the valley.
