Located on the picturesque south shore of the Gulf of Ajaccio, just 15 minutes away from the bustling city of Ajaccio, our charming gite offers an ideal vacation retreat. With easy access to Ajaccio via a shuttle boat located on the nearby beach, Porticcio is the perfect base for exploring the stunning surroundings. From the beautiful beaches of Cargèse and the breathtaking creeks of Piana, a UNESCO World Heritage site, to the enchanting towns of Porto, Scandola, and Girolata, and the historic city of Bonifacio, there is no shortage of amazing destinations to discover.Situated in a coastal commune known for its pristine environment and awarded the Blue Flag for its outstanding quality, our gite is just 800 meters away from the beach. Water sports enthusiasts will find plenty of options in Ajaccio, including sailing, diving, water skiing, canoeing, boat trips, and even surfboard and catamaran rentals. Additionally, there is a water park, an equestrian center, a shooting range, and a municipal golf course in Porticcio. For those who prefer to explore the area on land, there are opportunities for excursions, hiking, 4x4 adventures, and cycling. The bus stop at the foot of the residence provides convenient transportation along the coast and to nearby beaches.
Nestled on a hill, the Terra Bella residence is a charming collection of small buildings connected by narrow pedestrian streets and adorned with beautiful gardens. Guests can enjoy two swimming pools with terraces (unheated and unsupervised) from mid-May to late September. Tennis courts are also available nearby. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the pools depend on the condominium, so please inquire during your stay. Inside the apartment, you will find all the comforts necessary for a fantastic holiday.
