This stone house is situated on the West Coast of an island, nestled in the rural part and perched on a hill slope. It is a tranquil location, with no roads passing in front or behind it. The property spans over one hectare and is positioned 300 meters away from the sea. From the terraces, guests can enjoy views of the neighboring house of Tanasis, a few other houses, the sea, and the charming fishing port of Drymonas, which features a unique tavern.As our location is "off the beaten track," most of our guests choose to rent a bike, scooter, or small car. We offer a discounted rate based on the duration of your stay, starting with a minimum of two days.
For a two-day stay, the rate is 90€ per day for two persons or 70€ per day for one person. For stays of 3 to 6 days, the rate decreases to 75€ per day for two persons or 60€ per day for one person. For stays of 7 to 14 days, the rate further reduces to 65€ per day for two persons or 50€ per day for one person. For stays exceeding 14 days, the rate is 60€ per day for two persons or 45€ per day for one person.
We also provide an additional bed, which is free of charge for children under 5 years old and costs 15€ per day for children over 5.
Lastly, a delicious homemade breakfast is included in your stay.

Welcome to our charming gite, where you will find three uniquely designed rooms: the Green, the Red, and the Blue. Each room offers a delightful terrace where you can soak in the breathtaking view of the sea.Inside, the rooms are adorned with a stunning collection of authentic Chinese antiques, which beautifully complement the whitewashed walls and determine the color and name of each room.
Although the rooms are adjacent to our house, they provide complete privacy and independence for our guests.
Spanning approximately 30 sq.m., each room is cleverly divided into two levels, with a few steps separating them. The first level is furnished with a spacious bed, while the lower level invites you to relax in a cozy sitting area with built-in benches. Additionally, each room boasts a convenient small bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet.
We are delighted to welcome you from April to late October, ensuring you have the perfect opportunity to enjoy a memorable stay with us.
