ENTRANCE: The apartment has its own private entrance, and there is the option to park a car in the secure and enclosed yard.

GARDEN: Your exclusive garden, shaded by a mulberry tree and a "platane", is furnished with a table, garden chairs, sun loungers, and hammocks. The refreshing basin with its vibrant red fishes adds to the serene atmosphere.

OUTSIDE: The inviting swimming pool features a reverse stream swimming and hydro-jet system, perfect for relaxation. The fully furnished pool house and the beautiful flowering pergola are shared amenities with other guests.

LIVING-ROOM: The spacious living and dining area measures 24 square yards and boasts a large picture window that opens to a 50 square yards garden and terrace. The couch can be converted into two pullout beds, accommodating one person each. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove with four hotplates, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and various kitchen appliances. Additional amenities include a television with color display, telephone, and a mezzanine accessible via a queen size bed and large closet.
