The Marie-Rose flat is a spacious accommodation that can accommodate 4 to 6 people. It is open all year round and provides various amenities for a comfortable stay. The "maritime" room features a cozy bed measuring 160 x 200, as well as a single bed measuring 180 x 890. This room also includes a massage-shower, toilet, and a covered terrace with a stunning sea view measuring 16 m2.

For those who prefer a room with a floral theme, the "flowers" room offers a double bed measuring 180 x 190, a massage-shower, toilet, and a 12m2 terrace with a picturesque sea view. Additionally, there is an extra toilet available in the corridor for convenience.

The living room is furnished with a sofa that can accommodate 1 or 2 additional beds. It is equipped with SAT-TV, DVD, video, and a library. The living room also opens up to a 24 m2 covered terrace with a dining area.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining room for enjoyable meals. Other amenities provided in the flat include air conditioning, a washing machine, deckchairs, and a baby cot.

On the other hand, the Maja flat is suitable for larger groups of 6 to 8 people. It is available for bookings from Easter until late October. This accommodation offers two double bedrooms with beautiful sea views and access to a spacious terrace. There is also an additional double bedroom with a garden view.

The living room in the Maja flat includes SAT-TV and two sofas that can be used as sleeping arrangements for 1, 2, or 3 people. The living room also opens up to a large 30 m2 seaside terrace with a marquise and a dining area.

Our first apartment, Marie-Rose, is perfect for a group of 4 to 6 people. Spanning 100m2, it features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own shower and terrace overlooking the enchanting sea. Additionally, there is an extra WC, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a comfortable living room with a large terrace to enjoy the breathtaking views.

The second apartment, Maja, offers accommodation for up to 8 people. Boasting 100m2 of living space, it comprises two bedrooms with direct access to the sea view terrace, one bedroom facing the serene garden, two bathrooms, and two WC. The kitchen-dining room is fully equipped for your culinary needs, while the living room opens up to another terrace with mesmerizing sea views. The apartment is also equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning for your comfort.

At Villa LAVANDA, we also offer the convenience of a barbecue area, parking facilities, and a charming garden. Moreover, boat mooring can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
