This charming Basque house is situated just 2km away from the town center of Sare, providing easy access to all its amenities such as a pharmacy, bakery, delicatessen, SPAR supermarket, and a medical group consisting of various healthcare professionals. Additionally, there are many bars and restaurants in the vicinity.

The family-friendly pool, shaped like a bean, offers a gradual depth from 140cm to 180cm and is equipped with a security alarm. Each holidaymaker is provided with sunbathing facilities. The property also features a boulodrome with approved dimensions for those who enjoy playing boules.

Surrounded by a large enclosed garden measuring 1,500 m2, adorned with trees, the house boasts a spacious terrace affording a view of the pool. The summer kitchen, complete with a plancha and barbecue, is perfect for outdoor cooking. Furthermore, there is a convenient large car park with an electric gate.

The comfortable house spans 165m2 and can accommodate 8 to 10 people. It comprises a generous living/dining room, a beautifully furnished closed kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs and 1 on the ground floor) with 4 double beds (two in 160cm size and two in 140cm size), a mezzanine with two single beds (90cm), and two bathrooms (one on each floor). Two separate toilets are also available.

Located in a serene green setting, the property is a mere 5 minutes away from the Spanish border, making it an ideal base for exploring both France and Spain. It is also conveniently situated 15 minutes from St Jean de Luz/Ciboure and their stunning beaches, 25 minutes from Bidart, Biarritz, Anglet, and Bayonne, 45 minutes from San Sebastian, and 45 minutes from Hossegor and Capbreton.

Complimentary WIFI is provided, along with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, despite our love for them. Please note that this is a quiet and residential area, so it may not be suitable for young revelers. Bed linen and towels are not included, so guests are advised to bring their own.
