The house is conveniently situated just a few minutes from the Imperial Treetop Route, a historic path commissioned by Napoleon I to connect Bayonne with Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, perched above the village.

Just eight kilometers away, Biarritz presents its renowned rocky landscape, reefs, and beaches where the ocean waves crash. There are also four golf courses in the vicinity.

Upstairs, you will find three double bedrooms, one of which is a family room accommodating up to three guests. Each bedroom is equipped with its own private bathroom/shower room and toilet.
