To secure your room(s), a ten pound deposit is required. You can pay the deposit on our secure server through our website: http://www.centralguesthouse.com. Please note that if you use a debit card, an extra 3% charge will apply. We do not accept cheques.

Cancellation Policy: We require a 5-day notice for cancellations. If the room(s) are not cancelled within this period, the full amount for the room(s) and day(s) booked will be charged. If you booked through an agency, you must cancel the booking with them. Failure to do so will result in being charged the full amount for the room(s) and day(s) booked.

Payment for all accounts is to be made in cash or by credit card upon arrival. We do not accept cheques.

The price includes a full or vegetarian breakfast.

To reach Central Guesthouse from Birmingham International Airport or International Railway Station, you can take a black cab taxi or the (900) bus, which runs every half hour. Just ask the bus driver to inform you when you arrive at the Swan Centre. We are a short walk down the road.

If you are driving, from Birmingham International Airport, take junction (4 M6) or junction (6 M42) heading towards the airport. Continue straight until you reach a set of traffic lights at Sheldon, Wheatsheaf Hotel. Proceed straight on towards Wagon & Horses public house. Then go up the hill and continue until you pass Macdonalds, Mr Spice Pub & Restaurant, Michaels Super Market, and a row of houses. At the clay lane pedestrian crossing, you will find us on the left.

From Birmingham City Centre, catch the (58 or 60) bus. The bus stop is located near Marks & Spencer’s Store. Ask the driver to notify you when you reach the Swan Centre Yardley.

Local attractions include Blaksley Hall, Sea Life Centre, Cadbury World, Drayton Manor Park & Zoo, The Old Black Country Museum, Warwick Castle, and Stratford upon Avon. You can find a map and directions to Central Guesthouse on our website: http//www.centralguesthouse.com.

Central Guesthouse Access Introduction:

We strive to accommodate the needs of most visitors in our 5-bedroom guesthouse, which is based in a regular house with some restrictions due to its construction. If you have any specific questions, please feel free to call us at Tel: 0121 7067757. Here is a summary of our accessibility:

- There are 2 large 7” steps up to the front porch, followed by another 7” step into the front entrance of the hallway.
- All bedrooms are located on the first and second floors. Access to the first floor bedrooms requires climbing 16 steps to a small landing. Second floor bedrooms are reached by an additional fifteen steps and another small landing. Please note that there is no lift available.
