I am thrilled to invite you to my recently built house in Boucau, featuring a serene and lush green garden filled with beautiful flowers.

Please note that this advertisement is specifically for the months of July and August, with the price indicated per night for each room.

Some of the nearby attractions include:

- The city center and train station of Bayonne, just a 5-minute drive away
- Gorgeous beaches only 10 minutes away
- Biarritz airport is a short 20-minute drive
- Spain is easily accessible within 25 minutes

I am more than happy to provide you with valuable information about this stunning region, ensuring that you have the best possible experience during your stay.

Let me now introduce you to the delightful rooms:
Upstairs, I have 3 comfortable and pleasant bedrooms available.
All rooms are fully equipped with a shower, sink, TV, and high-speed fiber internet.
Here are the details of each room:
- The SECRETS bedroom (Room No. 1, blue): Featuring a spacious 160 cm bed and offering a view of the garden.
- The DREAMS room (Room No. 2, golden): Furnished with a cozy 140 cm bed and boasting a balcony overlooking the garden.
- The TALES room (Room No. 3, grey): Equipped with either two 80 cm beds or combined to form a 160 cm bed.

Please note that the room rate is for a maximum of 2 people per room, and you have the option to book 1, 2, or all 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 people.

To ensure your comfort, I provide household linen, towels, and toiletries. Additionally, a tumble dryer and washing machine are available on-site at an additional cost.

The toilets are shared among guests, and please note that smoking is not allowed in the accommodation (smoking is permitted outside). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Now, some important details to keep in mind:
- The rental is for individual rooms only, not the entire house.
- During July and August, a minimum stay of 2 nights or a week is required, but monthly rentals are only available from September to June.

If you prefer, you have the option to bring your own breakfast. Alternatively, I offer a delicious breakfast for an additional fee of 7 per person (please make a reservation in advance). The breakfast includes coffee, tea, herbal tea or hot chocolate, rusks or brioche, butter and jam, and fruit juice. Please note that breakfast is the only meal available on-site.

Here are some additional perks you can enjoy during your stay:
- A one-hour session in the private spa is included for guests staying in Room No. 1 or Room No. 2. This includes a beverage choice of bubbly from the Champagne region, tea, or fruit juice, along with some delightful treats.
- As a welcome offer, you will receive a 10% discount on treatments at the massage and well-being salon. For more information, please visit the Bulle d'Eden website.

Furthermore, I can arrange outdoor activities upon request, such as Qi Gong lessons, Tai-Chi-Chuan, hikes, and surf lessons. You will also find tourist guides and board games at your disposal. Parking space is available in front of the house for your convenience.

To reiterate, the rates are per room, with a minimum stay of 2 nights (maximum of 2 people per room).
