This carefully furnished and functional two-room apartment spans 30m² and can accommodate up to four people. Conveniently located in the peaceful center of Pornichet, it is situated between the beautiful sea with its port and beaches, the bustling market, and various shops.

The apartment features two convertible sofas, each capable of comfortably accommodating two people. These high-quality beds can be easily transformed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a recently installed shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and electric dryer.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a sink offering both hot and cold water, a three-burner hob/oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, an electric coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, and complete cookware. Additional amenities include an iron, a vacuum cleaner, and a television.

In Pornichet, an extensive range of cultural, sporting, environmental, and culinary activities awaits you. Whether you are seeking relaxation or adventure, you will surely find what you desire. Please note that household linen (sheets and towels) is not provided.

For your convenience, a flat rate fee of 50 will be charged for the cleaning and disinfection of surfaces. Additionally, a deposit of 300 will be required, along with the tourist tax at the current rate per adult.
