Annex 43 is situated at the base of the ramparts of Guérande, providing a convenient location. The accommodation features a comfortable living room with a TV, a well-equipped kitchen including a hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, as well as dishes and utensils. There is a spacious bedroom with a king size bed (160), and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Additionally, guests have direct access to a terrace furnished with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a plancha, as well as access to the garden.

Included in your rental are bed linen that is already made upon your arrival, shower sheets, towels, and kitchen linen. The essential amenities such as a private parking space and WIFI access are also included.

Please note that access to the laundrette is not included and comes at a cost of 3.5 units. Additionally, there is a visitors tax that is not included.

Please be aware that pets are not allowed and the accommodation is strictly non-smoking.

As for the location, this rental requires a minimum stay of two nights. During the months of July and August, rentals are only available from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in is available from 15:00 onwards, and check-out is required by 10:00.
