Annex 43 is situated at the base of the ramparts of Guérande, providing a convenient location. The accommodation features a comfortable living room with a TV, a well-equipped kitchen including a hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, as well as dishes and utensils. There is a spacious bedroom with a king size bed (160), and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Additionally, guests have direct access to a terrace furnished with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a plancha, as well as access to the garden.Included in your rental are bed linen that is already made upon your arrival, shower sheets, towels, and kitchen linen. The essential amenities such as a private parking space and WIFI access are also included.
Please note that access to the laundrette is not included and comes at a cost of 3.5 units. Additionally, there is a visitors tax that is not included.
Please be aware that pets are not allowed and the accommodation is strictly non-smoking.
As for the location, this rental requires a minimum stay of two nights. During the months of July and August, rentals are only available from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in is available from 15:00 onwards, and check-out is required by 10:00.
