Welcome to the vacation home "Bec des Etagnes" located in Bleusy, Haute-Nendaz, Switzerland. This charming ancient farmhouse is nestled in the peaceful hamlet of Bleusy, just 1.8 kilometers outside of Haute-Nendaz. Accessible all year round, the house is situated at an altitude of 1400 meters, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain pastures.

The house features a covered balcony and a barbecue area for you to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the area. The nearest bus stop, "Chapelle du Bleusy," and the Hotel/Restaurant "Auberge du Bleusy" are only 150 meters away, providing convenient access to transportation and dining options. Please note that this property is not recommended for physically handicapped individuals or children under the age of 4.

During the winter season, a ski bus operates every 30 minutes from the nearby bus stop to Nendaz or Siviez, making it easy for you to explore the ski area "4 vallees." Families can also benefit from a tax reduction on ski lift subscriptions. In the summer, the area offers fantastic hiking opportunities in the beautiful southern part of the canton Wallis.

The chalet itself has a net living space of 65 square meters spread over 2 levels, comfortably accommodating up to 5 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove with oven, coffee machine, and all the necessary utensils for your convenience. The living room features a corner seat, dining table, and entertainment options like a radio and satellite TV.

There are two bedrooms in the chalet, one on the ground floor with two single beds and another on the first floor with one single bed and one double bed. Please note that the staircase leading to the first floor is open and made of wood, adding to the rustic charm of the house. Bedding is provided, but guests need to bring their own ticks and linen. Alternatively, bedclothes and bathclothes can be rented for a small fee.

Utilities such as heating water and electricity are not included in the rental price and will be charged based on usage. A visitor's tax of CHF 2.50 per adult and CHF 1.25 per child (6 to 16 years old) per night applies. The final cleaning of the house is the responsibility of the renter, but there is an option to hire a cleaning company for CHF 100.

The rental term begins on a Saturday, and the minimum lease period is 1 week (7 days). Guests are required to complete a self-service check-in process with a document of acceptance. A deposit of CHF 200 is also required, and please note that the house is a non-smoking area. If you wish to bring a domestic animal, please inquire in advance.
