The Fifth of Malu is a three-story building with six rooms, including three double rooms and three suites. All rooms are equipped with TVs, some have showers and fireplaces, and all have individual bathrooms. The charming decoration, stone walls, and wooden beams that are over 400 years old create a lovely atmosphere for guests to enjoy.

The upstairs rooms are more basic but still very charming, with double beds and attic spaces.

On the first floor, there are suites with two rooms, a bedroom, and a living area. These suites feature four-poster beds and an additional single bed. The antique furnishings and exquisite decoration make these suites a beautiful place to relax and unwind.

The ground floor of the house, known as "Grandpa Felix winery," is particularly noteworthy. It provides a quiet space for reading and listening to music, a spacious dining room with a stone fireplace, and a unique vaulted cave with a well and six arms. The centennial wooden beams and stones display objects from Visigoth and Roman history, creating a preserved space for everyone to enjoy.

Breakfast is served from 8 to 10:30 am and includes a variety of local products.

Lunch and dinner can be enjoyed upon request in the "Grandpa Felix winery." Guests can taste the rich and elaborate cuisine of Cuenca, including dishes such as morteruelo, ajoarriero, Partridge, zarajos, gazpacho pastor, and a rich coals. All meals are homemade.

The Fifth of Malu also offers access to the municipal pool of Valeras for free during the months of July and August.

Activities available in the area include mushroom picking, mountain biking, climbing, caving, mountaineering, paintball, bungee jumping, horse riding, gourmet routes, hiking, survival activities, and archery. Water activities such as canyoning, canoeing, rafting, sailing, and fishing are also available.
