Located just 3 minutes away from the vibrant center of Avignon and its festival, this holiday home on the picturesque Ile de la Barthelasse offers a peaceful retreat.

The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining lounge with a fireplace, a convenient WC, and a cellar. On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms with comfortable 140 beds, as well as another bedroom with 2 twin beds measuring 90 cm each. The bathroom includes a bathtub, and there is a separate toilet.

Outside, guests can enjoy a lovely flower garden with a deck, garden furniture, and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor relaxation and dining. Additional services such as towel rental for €10 per person, sheet rental for €15 per bed, and end-of-stay cleaning for €50 are also available.
