Experience the ultimate luxury in our 3-bedroom lodge for up to 5 guests, complete with a stunning landscaped garden, sauna, and pool. The Borders Lodge is a charming cottage situated on a private estate, offering a tranquil retreat.

The spacious ground floor of the lodge features an entrance hall and a master bedroom called "De Voorkamer" with a double bed measuring 1.60m in width and 2.00m in length. Additionally, there is a cozy single bedroom called "De koeienkamer" with a single bed measuring 0.90m by 2.00m. The bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower, a sink, and a towel rail. For your convenience, a washing machine and dryer are also available. A separate toilet with a washbasin is provided and is wheelchair accessible, just like the bathroom.

The lodge also includes a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The large lounge area showcases a classic Chesterfield sofa in English style, an HD flat screen TV, a DVD player with an extensive movie collection, and an audio system with radio and CD capabilities. From the sitting room, you'll have a breathtaking view of the expansive terrace, complete with comfortable garden furniture and a beautiful garden.

On the first floor, you'll find a second master bedroom designed in an industrial style, featuring a spacious double bed, a sitting area with an HD flat screen TV, and a DVD player. This room also includes a washbasin.

The estate offers additional amenities, such as an indoor heated swimming pool and a sauna. Guests can reserve the private wellness center one day in advance for a relaxing experience.

Please note that in order to maintain a peaceful environment, the lodge is exclusively for guests aged 14 and above. We also kindly ask you to refrain from bringing pets and to adhere to our non-smoking policy.

The beautiful North Sea coast is only a 40-minute drive away, allowing you to enjoy untouched nature, serene creeks, polders, historic dikes, and enchanting forests.

Koewacht is renowned for its flax culture, with a museum dedicated to the processing of flax. The village's unique location on the border creates a palette of blue and green, thanks to the blooming flax fields surrounding the area. The name "Koewacht" refers to the cows waiting, and its geographical position is tied to the history of the Eighty Years War. The village was divided into a Belgian and Dutch section due to the Belgian secession from the Netherlands in 1830.
