The location of Fanos Farm is incredibly convenient, providing endless opportunities for exciting excursions by car, on foot, or by bike. For those interested in horseback riding, our farmhouse also serves as a breeding and training center for Quarter Horses, offering Western-style riding lessons.
Moreover, our farm is situated in the heart of the renowned wine region of Ghemme and Gattinara. You can easily reach the enchanting Lake Orta in just 15 minutes by car and the shores of Lake Maggiore in the same amount of time. Additionally, the vibrant city of Milan is a mere 45 minutes away, while the lesser-known yet magnificent city of Turin is just an hour's drive. For golf enthusiasts, two prestigious Italian Golf Clubs, Golfclub Castelconturbia and the Cicolo Golf Bogogno, are within close proximity.

Between Borgomanero and Novara, just a few minutes away from Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta, you can find Fanos Farm. To easily navigate to our location, use the GPS coordinates 45° 37 19,65" Nord - 8° 33 51,80" Est.
If you are coming from the A26 motorway, take the "Borgomanero" exit and turn right towards "Novara" for 7 km on SP 229. Then, turn left towards "Suno" at the "Baraggia di Suno" junction (look for our street sign "Fanos Farm") on SP 22. After 2 km, you will arrive at a square, where you should turn right for a short distance and then immediately left onto via Marconi (look for our street sign). After 2 km, via Marconi becomes via Piana (keep going even after the "End of Suno" sign). Once you cross a small bridge, the asphalt ends and the country road begins. Fanos Farm is the first big, white farmhouse on the right-hand side.
If you are coming from the Milan-Turin A4 motorway, take the "Novara Est" exit and continue on SS 32 towards "Malpensa," "Lago Maggiore," and "Oleggio." In Oleggio, follow the signs for "Valsesia," "Borgomanero," and "Momo" on SP 17. In Castelletto di Momo, turn right towards "Vaprio d'Agogna" and "Suno" on SP 19. In Suno, at the end of a tree-lined street, turn onto via Marconi, which becomes via Piana. Continue for 2 km, even after the "End of Suno" sign. After crossing a small bridge, the asphalt ends and the country road begins. Fanos Farm is the first big, white farmhouse on the right-hand side.
If you are coming from Milan Malpensa Airport, head towards Novara and then follow the same directions as from the A4 motorway.
If you are coming from Milan Linate Airport, the distance is 70 km.
