This charming 40 m² apartment offers 1 spacious bedroom of 23m², accommodating 2-4 people. Housed in a typical 16th-century building with exposed beams and large windows, this atypical apartment exudes character. Renovated in April 2012, it also includes parking for your convenience.

Location-wise, you'll find yourself just 100 meters away from the Koifhus Christmas market (Old Customs House site), 10 meters from Little Venice, and a mere 10 meters from the Market Hall. The train station is a pleasant 20-minute walk away, and the first ski resorts are only 45 minutes away by car. Golf enthusiasts will be pleased to know that the renowned Golf Ammerschwihr is just a 20-minute drive from the property.

The apartment itself is bright, calm, and spans 40 m². It comprises a comfortable bedroom, a bathroom, a hallway with storage room, and a kitchen that artfully blends modern and traditional Alsatian styles. Enjoy a beautiful view of the Covered Market and Little Venice, and stay cozy with gas heating.

As for amenities, the apartment offers two anti-mite treated beds measuring 90X190. High-quality sheets, woven by a master weaver from Alsace, are provided. The bathroom features a bath-shower and a sink, complete with a hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with branded appliances, including a fridge, an induction cooker, a hood, a microwave, an oven, a coffeemaker, and a kettle. Regarding pricing, during the Christmas markets from November 23rd to December 31st, as well as in July and August, the weekly rate is 490 euros, including expenses and sheets, with parking included. In the months of January, February, October, and until the beginning of the Christmas markets in November, the weekly rate is 350 euros, including charges, sheets, and parking. For a 2-night weekend stay during these months, the rate is 170 euros. In the months of March, April, May, June, and September, the weekly rate is 420 euros, including sheets and parking. For a 2-night weekend stay during these months, the rate is 190 euros. Nightly rates are available at 70 euros, except in June, July, August, September, and December. Please note that the price of parking is included in all rates.

Additionally, Anne also offers a second cottage just 50 meters away from this one. The second cottage is a spacious 95 m² accommodation with 3 bedrooms, suitable for 10 people. It is possible to rent both cottages for a combined stay.
