Description for B&B:

To start, it's worth mentioning that Colmar shares the same amount of rainfall as Marseille, offering a unique microclimate. Your accommodation, perfect for families, is impeccably maintained and features two bedrooms, a courtyard, and a garden. It is situated in a peaceful area in central Alsace on the outskirts of Colmar, just a five-minute bus ride from the city center (with a bus stop only 100 meters away) and 8 km from the famous wine route, including Kaysersberg, Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr, and Eguisheim.

The two generously-sized guest rooms, each 23 m², are on the first floor and come with their own bathrooms, complete with showers and separate toilets. Known for my warm, friendly, and enthusiastic nature, I'm happy to offer recommendations for places to visit, hikes, walks, and other enjoyable activities, such as touring the wine cellar at Maison Blanck in Mittelwihr. You'll find maps and brochures about Alsace and its historical and cultural attractions readily available.

For your leisure, there is a library, board games, a barbecue, and a shaded terrace in the courtyard. Guests are welcome to enjoy the common areas of the house, including the living room, dining room, pergola, barbecue, and kitchen, upon request. Parking is conveniently available in the enclosed courtyard.

I provide a delightful breakfast, both sweet and savory, featuring homemade jams, available early in the morning. This accommodation is ideal for two couples looking to unwind together in the living room or dining area in the evenings.
