Designed to comfortably accommodate 2 to 6 people, this functional cottage is located by the Vendée river. It features 3 bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, a spacious 30m2 living room with a leather sofa and a fireplace insert (wood provided), a well-equipped independent kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, gas stove, etc.), a utility room, 2 shower rooms (one with a shower), 2 toilets, and air conditioning.

Enjoy the green park filled with trees, a petanque court (with balls provided), loungers, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue. This superb location offers peace, relaxation, and privacy for those seeking tranquility and quality services. You will be captivated by the tranquility of the surroundings.

For fishing enthusiasts, the cottage provides an exceptional setting by the river. You can relax on the terrace and keep an eye on your fishing line. The flowered terrace offers direct access to the river and two pontoons (fishing equipment available).
