Welcome to our charming stone house with blue shutters, located on the beautiful Vendée river. This ideally comfortable accommodation is perfect for a party of four. We offer a boat with lifejackets and bikes, including one for a child aged 7 to 9, allowing you to explore the stunning Green Venice by water. If you love nature and fishing, you will find yourself in a peaceful and restful environment surrounded by lush greenery.

On-site fishing is a true paradise for anglers, and we are happy to provide tips and loan equipment if needed. Enjoy the shaded terrace by the riverside, which offers direct access to the fishing pier. Additionally, you can access the private park with its trees and fenced area through the garden terrace.

Our rates vary depending on the season and occupancy, and they include utilities such as water and electricity, local tax, the use of the boat and bicycles, as well as free unlimited fixed and mobile WIFI. We accept holiday checks and bank transfers for your convenience. Parking is available on-site.

For your outdoor enjoyment, we provide a barbecue, a large plancha table, chairs, and garden furniture. Inside, you will find a library, games, and information about the area to enhance your stay. Linen, towels, kitchen essentials, and baby equipment are available for rent.

Warm up by the cozy fireplace, which is ready to use with provided firewood. The house is equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, large screen TV, radio CD player, DVD player, and board games. The bedroom includes a comfortable 140 cm bed, and the trundle beds can be converted into a 160 cm bed. The bathroom features a shower and a refrigerator/freezer. Eh oui, nous sommes rentré en Belgique après trois semaines paradisiaques
Cela fait 14 ans que nous venons dans ce gite les volets BLEU CLAIR et nous ne nous en lassons pas
Le gîte est superbe, il ne manque absolument rien de plus les propriétaires Annie et Jacky sont super sympas et toujours a l'écoute
la pêche a été très bonne 1 brochet, 4 silures, des black, 1 anguille et de la friture
Je ne comprend pas l'avis négatif de la personne précédente
il suffit de jeter un il sur le livre d'or et vous comprendrez que tous le monde trouve ce gîte magnifique

Nous avons été ravis de vous accueillir encore cette année. Vous êtes, en effet, nos plus fidèles hôtes, depuis 14 ans et chaque année nous avons le grand plaisir de vous revoir toujours aussi joyeux de retrouver "vos marques" dans notre gîte, qui comme nous le disons "c'est un peu votre résidence secondaire, maintenant !". Cette année, la chance a été avec vous et la pêche fructueuse. Soyez rassurés, l'avis négatif ne provient nullement d'un locataire ayant séjourné dans notre gîte, aussi nous ne nous sentons pas concerné. Il arrive parfois que des personnes concurrentes ou malveillantes déposent des avis négatifs mais l'essentiel pour nous, est ce que nous donnons à nos hôtes en y mettant tout notre coeur. Alors comme déjà réservé, à l'année prochaine! et ce sera la 15 éme année.... En attendant, prenez grand soin de vous et soyez patients pour vos futures vacances. Amicalement Annie é Jacky.

c est ideal de se trouver au bord de l eau pour dejeuner c est le repos trés agréable
