Description:

Description for B&B:

Our private house offers comfortable nightly rate rooms with the convenience of a guest house and hostel. Located in a traditional terrace, we have three rooms and two bathrooms, one of which is a shower room. While the rooms are not ensuite, gowns and towels are provided. Our rustic charm combined with modern amenities makes our accommodations perfect for modern musical, artistic, and academic individuals. Situated on a quiet road in a lively area, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Additionally, we have easy access to the city center, all airports, and Finsbury Park Tube station in Zone 2. Please note that due to insurance regulations, guests are required to be out of the premises between 10 am and 5:00 pm daily. This arrangement is advantageous for those wishing to explore and sightsee in zones 1 and 2.

Directions

To get to the airports, take the Victoria or Picadilly line on the Tube. This line goes to Stanstead, Gatwick, and Heathrow airports. Alternatively, you can go to the main station arrivals. Most airports are about an hour away, with Stanstead, Luton, and Heathrow being the most direct.

If you're going to Stanstead airport, take the Liverpool Street train and get off at Seven Sisters or Tottenham Hale tube stations. From there, Finsbury Park is just a couple of stops away.

For Heathrow, take the Picadilly line and for Gatwick, take the Victoria line. The nearest tube station to me is Finsbury Park, which is in zone 2 and about a 20-minute ride to the city center. From there, you can take the W7 bus, which will take about 5-10 minutes to reach my home.

If you're using public transportation, I recommend getting a Travel Card as it is cheaper. Once you reach Finsbury Park station, go upstairs and turn right towards the back of the station to find the bus stop. Wait for the W7 bus on the main road and ask the driver to let you know when you reach Holly Park, which should take about 5-10 minutes or 3-4 stops. From there, go back one road and you will find my house halfway down on the left with a light purple door.

If you prefer to take a minicab, you can call HERCULES at 0207 272 6666 or visit the minicab office near the W7 bus stop. The cost to the airports is approximately £40-50, and it may be cheaper than taking the trains if you are traveling with more than one person.

Parking is currently free between 5pm and 9.45am on weekdays. If you need to park between 10am and 2pm and are not staying overnight, please request vouchers as there is a £5 fee per session.

I also suggest looking into the London Pass at londonpass.com for cheaper travel and entrance to various sites. Additionally, you can arrange an Oyster Card in advance for convenient travel within the city.
