The Dunedin is a charming Victorian house built in 1886. It is proudly rated AA 4-Star and offers 8 beautifully furnished bedrooms. Each room features modern en-suite facilities including a shower, wash basin, and WC. Additionally, guests can enjoy amenities such as a Freeview digital color TV, radio alarm, hair dryer, cooling fan, and tea/coffee making facilities.

Nestled in a picturesque avenue leading to the seafront, The Dunedin benefits from a peaceful environment. Conveniently, there is free and unrestricted parking available on both sides of Alexandra Road and the surrounding streets. Although located on the outskirts of town, it is just a short stroll to the town center and the stunning seafront. This prime location allows guests to easily explore the numerous pubs, restaurants, and attractions that Penzance has to offer, all at reasonable prices.

Start your day off right with a delicious breakfast served in our bright and airy dining room, situated on the lower ground floor. We provide a selection of cereals, chilled fruit juices and segments, and cooked-to-order main courses to suit various tastes and preferences.

For ultimate relaxation, our Guest Lounge awaits on the upper ground floor. Furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, it is the perfect spot to unwind. Guests can enjoy watching TV or indulge in a good book, newspaper, magazine, or tourist literature. Alternatively, feel free to simply have a snooze and recharge.
