The Rosmarino apartment offers a charming and spacious living space. Upon entering through an antique chestnut door, guests are greeted by a welcoming living/dining area (30 m2). The room features a large table that can comfortably seat up to 8 people, and a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 guests. Adjacent to the living area is a tiled bathroom with a shower, WC, bidet, and washbasin (5 m2).

The apartment boasts a custom-designed kitchen with beautiful Carrara marble work surfaces. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, microwave, large fridge with a top freezer, kettle, and a dining table with chairs (12 m2). An inviting sitting room showcases an original exposed stone wall and is furnished with a cozy sofa and a fireplace. Wooden stairs lead to the upper floor.
