The stone house comprises of two recently renovated apartments, each measuring 45 m2. Each apartment offers independent access to a terrace and garden, situated on a spacious plot of 1200 m2. The property includes a swimming pool and private parking, with no other properties located on the premises. Both apartments are designed to accommodate up to 5 people, ensuring maximum comfort. Located in a peaceful village close to the picturesque beaches of southern Corsica, the nearest beach is approximately 8km away. Bonifacio and Porto Vecchio, both located at a distance of 15km, can also be easily accessed. The secure swimming pool, measuring 8.5 m X 4.1 m with a depth ranging from 1.1 m to 2 m, is shared exclusively between the two apartments. The same applies to the parking area. The pool water is treated with a saline solution, providing a pleasant bathing experience with a salinity level of 3 grams per liter, which is 10 times lower than that of the sea.
