Welcome to A Casa di Sognu cottage in San Gavino, 20114 Figari. This independent apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa and can be accessed via stairs. The highlight of the apartment is its 40m² terrace, which offers a breathtaking view of the plain.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a range of amenities including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, oven, large fridge with freezer, and all the necessary crockery and kitchen utensils. The linen is also provided for your convenience.

Outside, you can enjoy the outdoor terrace with a built-in barbecue and comfortable garden furniture. Additionally, there is a space for playing pétanque, with balls and jacks provided.

Located in the charming and picturesque hamlet of San Gavinu in the town of Figari, you will experience a peaceful and tranquil environment. There is no visual or sound pollution, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. On clear nights, you can even reach out and touch the stars.

The area offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities, nature walks, and panoramic landscapes. The beaches, supermarkets, and shops of Porto-Vecchio are just a 30-minute drive away, while the historic town of Bonifacio can be reached in the same amount of time. The beautiful beaches of Pianottoli-Caldarello and Testa-Ventilegna are only 15 minutes away.

The neighboring villages of Figari and Pianottoli are just a short 12-minute drive away. Here, you will find amenities such as a town hall, pharmacy, post office, small supermarket, bars, restaurants, as well as cheese and cold meat shops. Pianottoli also offers additional services including two medium-sized supermarkets, a bakery, post office, bar, and several restaurants. If you take the road to the beaches, you will find four more restaurants, one of which has a swimming pool.

The apartment itself features a bathroom with a sink and shower, as well as a separate toilet. Shampoo and soaps are provided for your convenience. The living room is spacious, measuring 15m², and is equipped with a dining table, sofa, and a Bluetooth-enabled Hifi system, allowing you to enjoy your favorite music.

There are two bedrooms in the apartment. The first bedroom, measuring 9m², is equipped with three 90cm beds, including two bunk beds, a wardrobe, and storage space. The second bedroom, also measuring 9m², features a 140cm bed, a large closet, and a satellite TNT TV. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have doors that open onto the terrace, providing a beautiful view of the surroundings.

A reserved parking space is available for your convenience, and the cleaning of the apartment is included. The owner lives above and will ensure that you are well taken care of while respecting your privacy and tranquility.
