Despite being located downtown in Puerto Morelos, you will wake up to the delightful melodies of birds. The beach is just a short, less than five-minute drive away (1.8 miles), and convenient and affordable public transportation options such as minibusses or taxis are easily accessible. Our prime location in the heart of the local population ensures you'll find plenty of budget-friendly and delicious small restaurants within a few blocks of the property.

For a mere $25.00 US dollars per night, a couple can enjoy a clean and spacious bedroom with a private bathroom. Each room is equipped with a fan, as we rely on the natural breeze, shade from the surrounding vegetation, and traditional construction materials to maintain a consistently pleasant temperature. Additionally, wireless internet access is available (please bring your own laptop). Our communal palapa (bungalow) grants you access to kitchen facilities, allowing you to prepare your own breakfast if desired. Alternatively, we offer the option to have a customized meal prepared for you at an additional cost.

As owners living on-site, we take great pride in ensuring that your stay exceeds all expectations. We also have friendly pets, including a mini pinscher and a cat. Well-behaved and sociable pets are welcome at no extra charge, with the only rule being that they are not allowed on the furniture.
