La Belladona is a spacious villa spanning over two floors with a total surface area of 627 m². On the ground floor, there is accommodation for up to 15 guests. The main rooms on this level include a large 75 m² entrance hall and a dining room that can comfortably seat 32 people. The fully-equipped kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ceramic hobs, microwave ovens, and a refrigerator with a freezer. There is also an eating area in the kitchen for 12 people. Additionally, there is a cellar with traditional wine storage racks accessed through the kitchen. The first living room is adorned with period furniture and features hi-fi equipment, a 40’’ flat screen TV, satellite, MP3, DVD, and DivX.

There are three bathrooms on the ground floor, including one that is handicapped accessible. The first bathroom, located between the kitchen and the first living room, is equipped with a hand basin, shower, and WC. The second and third bathrooms are situated at the back of the house and each have a shower, WC, and hand basin.

The right-hand side of the entrance hall leads to three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and two single beds, while Bedroom 2 has two double beds. Bedroom 3 features a double bed and a single bed, along with an en suite handicapped accessible bathroom. Bedroom 4 has two double beds and an en suite bathroom.

Adjacent to the main house, there is a large game room with a foosball table, pool table, and other games. The room also has two refrigerators, a large freezer, and a collection of old farming tools. A stone veranda dining area with a barbecue is located on the right side of the house, offering seating for up to 32 people. Additionally, there is a separate outdoor WC near the veranda.

On the upper floor, which can accommodate 17 guests, there are four bedrooms located on both sides of the landing. Bedroom 5 has two double beds and a single bed, while Bedroom 6 has a double bed and two single beds, along with an en suite bathroom. On the other side, Bedroom 7 has two double beds and a single bed, while Bedroom 8 has a double bed and a single bed, along with an en suite bathroom. There is also a seventh bathroom on this floor, located between bedrooms 4 and 5, which features a bath, hand basin, towel dryer radiator, and WC. Additionally, there is a second living room with a 32” flat screen TV and a small library.
