Birch Cottage is conveniently located only 30 minutes away from Inverness and its airport. The area offers a plethora of awe-inspiring landscapes, including Applecross, Gairloch, the Black Isle, Glen Affric, and Ullapool, all within a short drive. For those interested in exploring further, the renowned Kyle Line departs from Inverness, stopping at Garve and continuing on to the stunning Kyle of Lochalsh. The picturesque Isle of Skye is just a little over an hour away by car. Adventure enthusiasts will find numerous Munros right at our doorstep. Additionally, there are distilleries, castles, and museums nearby to cater to cultural and historical interests. At the end of your day, return to Garve and savor a delightful evening meal prepared by our experienced chef, Ray, who boasts 35 years of culinary expertise. Kindly note that you are welcome to bring your own beer or wine to complement your meal, as we do not possess a liquor license. We accept payments in British pounds sterling.
