This beautiful old house was restored in 2013/2014 and offers a spacious living area of 300 square meters. It boasts four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. Every room has been thoughtfully decorated with a unique theme that provides a sense of travel and adventure. Expect to find comfort, luxury, and a charming ambiance throughout.The Captain's room is designed in a "Marine and Captain" theme, allowing guests to experience the atmosphere of a cabin boat. It is adorned with maritime items and family photos, creating a cozy and nostalgic feel. The room also features a lovely terrace called the "boat deck," which provides a perfect spot to relax. A staircase leads to the courtyard garden and the great outdoors.
The Genghis Khan room resembles a traditional Mongolian yurt, with canvas walls and a distinctive roof structure. The roof is supported by a central pillar and wooden beams, creating an authentic yurt experience. The décor includes painted chests, a Mongolian stove, and a color scheme of red and cream. French doors grant direct access to the terrace, while a corridor leads to the stairs leading to the courtyard garden. The bathroom is spacious and offers a luxurious walk-in shower.
The Maharani room, spanning 30 square meters, is exquisitely decorated in an Indian theme with shades of blue. It features original furniture and a door that opens directly to the courtyard garden. Additionally, there is another door that allows for convenient communication with an adjoining room, making it ideal for accommodating families.
The "French" room showcases a classic décor inspired by the 18th and 19th centuries. With a large bay window overlooking the garden courtyard, this room offers a serene and elegant ambiance.
All rooms are furnished with comfortable double beds, ranging from 140x200 to 180x200, depending on the room. The Genghis Khan room also includes an additional single bed (90x200), providing accommodation for up to three people. Guests can enjoy socializing in a cozy area by the fireplace in the entrance, the dining room/library, or on the terrace.

Directions
To get to the destination from Caen, head towards Cherbourg. When you reach the end of Caen, take the Rots/exit Bretteville lOrguelleuse. Drive for about 4 km, passing through the village of Bretteville lOrgueilleuse. At the junction, take a right onto a small street called rue de Secqueville where you will find the house.
If you are coming from Bayeux towards Cherbourg, take the Secqueville/Bretteville lOrgueilleuse/Putot en Bessin exit. As you enter Bretteville, go under the N13 and at the roundabout, turn right towards the village. The house will be 200m on the left at the intersection with Street Secqueville.
