Casa Marta is a charming 18th-century stone building nestled in the picturesque village of Pascoso, located in the Apuane Park in Tuscany, Italy. This three-story house boasts approximately 325 square feet on each floor. The house features a well-equipped kitchen/living room, two cozy bedrooms, a full bathroom, a powder room, and two convenient pantries. Although there is no lawn, the downstairs bedroom offers French doors that open to a small outdoor space, perfect for enjoying a meal or relaxing with a sunshade and chairs. With two entrances, one leading to the kitchen/pantry and the other to the downstairs bedroom, the house is thoughtfully designed to maximize its hillside location. The house is tastefully furnished with a mix of new and antique Tuscan pieces from the 19th century, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Lavish light fixtures adorn the space, while modern amenities such as a satellite television, radio, and CD player are provided for your entertainment. While a telephone is not yet installed, there is a public phone available in town, and our office offers telephone, computer, and internet access. For your comfort, a central heating system fueled by gas has been installed throughout the house. And of course, a working fireplace graces the second floor, adding the perfect touch to complete the mountain house experience.

Pascoso is a haven for nature enthusiasts, as it is surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. While immersed in nature, it is conveniently located near famous Tuscan cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence, and Siena, as well as renowned beaches like Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio, all within a 30-mile radius. Additionally, the area boasts several picturesque golf courses, including Golf Alisea, Montecatini Golf Club, Club Golf Montelupo, Tirrenia Golf Club, Cosmopolitan Golf & Country Club, and Golf Club Fontevivo, all within an hour's drive from the house.

Pascoso offers an abundance of hiking trails suitable for mountain bikes and horse riding, which can be rented in the village. Some hikes require a short drive to the starting point, while others can be accessed directly from your doorstep. Off-road vehicle enthusiasts will find endless opportunities to explore. The Turrite Stream, a designated fishing area, is home to a variety of trout, although they may not grow to be very large due to low water levels. Peace and tranquility reign in Pascoso, with the only sounds being dogs barking and friendly townsfolk chatting. The area is perfect for hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking, with two barns available for horse rentals.
