Whether you are passing through the Berry as a traveler, biker, or hiker, this is the ideal place for a stopover. Please remember to book in advance.

The mobile home is located on a private wooded property, encompassed by 5 acres of land and meadows. It is surrounded by various species of trees, such as chestnut trees, bamboo, birch trees, and hedges of greenery. There is also a large organic vegetable garden and two fish ponds, which are supplied by clean water sources from the local area.

One of the ponds covers an area of approximately 1 hectare and offers various entertainment and leisure activities. Fishing enthusiasts, as well as those interested in water sports, can enjoy boats and paddleboats. Additionally, there is a 45-minute walk along the pond, natural rivers, and forest paths, where walkers may encounter wild animals such as deer, roe deer, foxes, dormice, and wild rabbits.

For sports enthusiasts, there are marked and adapted tracks for walking, hiking, quad biking, and motocross. There are also picnic areas near watercourses, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

During the summer season, this area also welcomes bed and breakfast accommodations and cultural group tours, offering the opportunity to explore the beautiful region that was once the home of George Sand.
