Welcome to the peaceful Roseraie, where we invite you to unwind in our two guest rooms and enjoy our table d'hôtes. Located in Montipouret, between Seas on Indre and Sarzay, just 10 km from Nohant and La Châtre in the beautiful Vauvre Valley, you will find yourself surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Black Valley and the Angibault mill. Start your day with a delicious breakfast, which is included in the price.

The room rate is 62 euros per night, with a supplement of 15 euros for a third person sharing the same room. For single occupancy, the rate is 56 euros. We offer a special price of 55 euros for bikers with motorcycles and pilgrims, with the possibility of transportation to Sarzay. For longer stays, we have a weekly rate of 372 euros for 6 nights and 434 euros for 7 nights.

Indulge in a delightful meal for 26 euros per person, available upon reservation. Children up to 10 years old can enjoy a discounted rate of 18 euros. Our rooms feature a double bed and a single bed, and one room also has the option of a cot. Relax in our small garden or enjoy the various games and books available on site. We also provide internet connection upon request.

If you are looking for dining options, there are charming and affordable restaurants just 4 km away for lunch. Explore the surrounding hiking trails and numerous sites to visit, as well as various events happening in the area. We welcome your furry friends, subject to certain conditions. Please inquire for more information. Please note that we do not have disabled access.

Check-in time is at 6 PM and check-out time is at 10 AM. We speak French and English.

Directions

To reach Mers-sur-Indre from Sarzay village, follow the road towards Mers-sur-Indre for 4 km. Once you reach the threshold panel, turn left onto the first road, which is 200 m ahead.
To return to Sarzay from Mers-sur-Indre, drive for 3 km and then take the fifth road on the right.
