Le Logis de MAJOLO is a stage lodging and subsistence facility that can accommodate up to 26 people. The property is equipped with fire prevention devices and meets the standard for establishments receiving the public of the 5th category (ERP5).

There are 7 bedrooms, each with a bathroom featuring an Italian shower and a cupboard. Duvets and pillows are provided for each bed, and there are also 2 cots available.

The ground floor of the property is designed to accommodate guests and includes a lounge area with a television, Hifi, sofas, and a coffee table. There is also a dining room with a fireplace, tables, benches, and crockery for 50 people. Additionally, there are 2 toilets available.

The kitchenette is equipped with an induction plate with 3 lights, a forced air furnace, a sink, a work plan, a fridge freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and cooking utensils.

There is a laundry area with a stainless steel sink and drainer with 2 bowls, a shower, and a professional dishwasher for waste storage. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a 9 kg washing machine, a 7 kg dryer, an iron and ironing board, a sink, and a vacuum cleaner.

There are also 2 bedrooms for 4 people with a 140 x 190 bed, 2 side tables, and 2 bunk beds measuring 90 x 190. Additionally, there are 2 bedrooms for 5 people with a 140 x 190 bed, 2 side tables, 2 bunk beds measuring 90 x 190, and a single bed measuring 80 x 190.

Outside, there is a parking area with 10 spaces, a 5 x 10m pool with a security feature that is not accessible for disabled individuals, a 40 m2 terrace with a barbecue, Tivoli, tables, chairs, and benches. The property also has a fenced wooded area with a shelter for horses.

To book, guests are required to provide a certificate of insurance for holiday rental established by their insurer and a deposit of €600. The security deposit will be returned at the end of the stay, minus the cost of any necessary repairs.
