Description:

Description for B&B:

Experience the romantic charm of our bed and breakfast at Clos dOthe, located just 12 minutes from Sens in Yonne. Sophie and Xavier warmly welcome you to our farmhouse, which dates back to approximately 1840.

Our guest rooms have been meticulously renovated with attention to detail and passion. The rooms are decorated in calming clay, gray, or blue-gray tones, creating a relaxing and romantic ambiance. We have preserved the original spirit of the farmhouse, with exposed beams, off-white walls, painted furniture, and embroidered curtains. Each room has separate toilets and bathrooms for privacy and comfort.

At Clos dOthe, we invite you to join us at our family table for breakfast and dinner. Our French-style breakfast includes a variety of hot and cold drinks, homemade bread, pastries, cereal, butter, spreads, homemade jam, and yogurt. Dinner is crafted based on seasonal ingredients, which may come from our garden, the market, or local hunting. We specialize in cooking Burgundian recipes and offer a full meal with an appetizer, starter, main course, cheese platter, and dessert.

In addition to our accommodation and dining options, we can provide various activities and services upon request. Whether it's a cooking seminar, a shiatsu massage, a horseback riding experience, a crafting workshop, or wine and spirits tasting, we have something to offer every guest. We also host evening games and music concerts, and our art gallery showcases local talent. For those interested in exploring the area, we can arrange automobile or motorcycle rallies, tours with audio guides, and visits to local shops offering products such as cheese, foie gras, cider, honey, and Chablis wine.

Come and join us at Clos dOthe in Vaumort, Yonne, where we are open every day of the year. We look forward to providing you with a memorable and charming stay.

Appréciations pour Le Clos D'othe - Sens, Vaumort:

Long séjour
Review by: Philippe Dujeunot, Juin 4 2014 6:58PM
L'accueil et le cadre de la maison se prête très bien à un long séjour avec une table d'hôte le soir, vous pouvez traîner dans le jardin, bien entretenu, ou bien faire du tourisme, pour 3 à 5 jours d'occupation.
