With 3 bedrooms, including a double bed in one, 140 beds in another, and 3 beds in the third, there is ample room for everyone. The spacious living room opens up to a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas cooker, oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, and microwave. The bathroom features a shower, and there are 2 separate toilets for convenience. Enjoy the outdoors on the terrace, equipped with umbrellas, a gas griddle, and a table tennis set. Stay connected with our provided Internet WIFI.

Surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean vegetation, our villa is situated on a large landscaped property. The highlight is the stunning Californian mosaic pool, accompanied by a 120 m2 terrace made of pink quartzite from Brazil. Lounge on the outdoor furniture, take in the breathtaking 180° view of the Varois Mountains, and keep an eye out for the playful blue dolphin sculpture.

Located in the heart of Green Provence, our villa offers easy access to both the spectacular Gorges du Verdon and the Var coast. Explore the charming surrounding villages, such as Tourtour, Cotignac, Salerno, Villecroze, Correns, Carcasses, Sillans Cascade, and Moustiers Ste Marie, each showcasing authentic and unspoilt heritage. For city amenities, visit Draguignan, Brignoles, and Toulon, which are all within reach.

With a plethora of leisure activities available, you'll never run out of things to do. Take tours of wineries and olive groves, go kayaking, hiking, or horseback riding, indulge in water sports and outdoor activities, try your hand at fishing, or engage in a game of petanque. We provide various documentation to assist you in planning your adventures. Alternatively, for those seeking relaxation, simply unwind by the pool or under the shade of the pine trees.

In the nearby village, you will find essential amenities such as a bakery, butcher, grocery store, fruit and vegetable market, bars, and restaurants, all exuding an authentic Provencal atmosphere. Additional artisans and shops, including pottery, can be found in the surrounding villages. Don't miss the Provencal markets, held on Sundays in Salerno, Tuesdays in Lorgues and Cotignac, and Saturdays in Carcès (with a night market on Thursdays). A visit to the Cellars of ADMIRAL Entrecasteaux is a must.

To make your stay even more convenient, we offer a range of services. A 35% deposit is required upon booking, and a 500 euro deposit is required during high season. Pets are allowed, and a cleaning service at the end of your stay is available for an additional fee of 75 euros. We can provide bed sheets, towels, and other household items upon request. The pool is maintained by the owner, and we accept holiday checks. Families with young children will appreciate the complimentary availability of baby equipment, as well as the provided Internet WIFI. Enjoy our ping pong table, swing, and children's games.
