Description for B&B:

Our holiday accommodation boasts a well-established 2 acre garden, complete with a children's play area that includes a 4m trampoline and swimming pool. From the property, you can enjoy stunning views of the picturesque cognac vines, which you are welcome to explore on foot. Alternatively, you can take advantage of the miles of surrounding forest, either walking or cycling with one of our provided bicycles. Despite our rural location, we are conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the cosmopolitan towns of Cognac and Saintes. In these towns, you will find daily fresh food markets, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, boutiques, and various tourist attractions.

Inside our accommodation, we offer three spacious bedrooms, each named after a tree found in our garden: Oak, Pine, and Acacia. Oak is specifically designed to accommodate a family of four, with two adults and two young children. Both Oak and Pine bedrooms feature modern and roomy en-suite shower rooms and are situated on the first floor. Acacia, located on the ground floor, offers a large walk-in shower. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished, combining traditional French furniture with modern pieces, creating a unique atmosphere in each.

Our property is surrounded by a large garden, providing a tranquil setting nestled among vineyards and forests, allowing you to leisurely explore at your own pace. Throughout the garden, you will find plenty of sun loungers and chairs, providing various secluded spots to relax, dine, play, or read. Additionally, we offer an 8 x 4 meter swimming pool (open from June to September), swings, badminton, and football nets for your enjoyment. Guests also have access to private off-street parking.
