Welcome to our spacious house that can accommodate up to 9 persons. Spread across three stories, each approximately 40m2, our house offers a cozy and comfortable stay. The top floor boasts a charming roof terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful views. On the ground floor, you will find a separate studio and a lovely back yard with southern exposure.

The main house, with its own entrance, is spread across two floors and can accommodate a maximum of 5 persons. The first floor, covering approximately 40m2, features three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and double doors that open onto a loggia/balcony at the front of the house. Another bedroom offers two single beds, while the third bedroom is smaller and has a single bed. Additionally, there is a bathroom and a washing machine available for your convenience.

On the top floor, you will be greeted by a living room with an open kitchen, complete with a dishwasher. The high, open-beamed ceiling adds a touch of elegance to the space. From the living room, double doors open onto a French balcony at the back, while sliding doors in the kitchen lead to a roof terrace with a built-in barbecue. From this terrace, you can admire the stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea peeking through the trees in the nearby park.

Our guest apartment, located on the ground floor, has a separate entrance and can accommodate 2 to 4 persons. This spacious studio features a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Additionally, there is a separate kitchen/dining room with a door that opens to the garden on the south side. Here, you can enjoy a delightful breakfast or dinner under the charming bougainvillea.

Conveniently located just 250 meters from the front door, the beach is easily accessible, allowing you to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea at your leisure.
