Description for Gite
The "Caudalie" cottage is designed exclusively for a couple and a toddler, ensuring the utmost comfort. This charming cottage boasts a spacious air-conditioned living room measuring 45m², complete with a fully equipped kitchen and cozy lounge area. The air-conditioned bedroom, spanning 20m², features a comfortable double bed (140x200), a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.Tenants of the "Caudalie" cottage can also enjoy a shaded terrace and a small private garden, complete with garden furniture and two chairs perfect for relaxing or enjoying the cool evening breeze (please note that barbecues are not allowed). The cottage is tastefully decorated and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, extractor fan, mini oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, and all the necessary dishes. The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, 82cm flat-screen TV with Canal+, a dining table with four chairs, and a serving hatch.
Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and hair dryer.
