This charming ground floor gite boasts a spacious living room, a cozy dining area, and a relaxing lounge equipped with a television. The well-equipped kitchen features an oven, electric hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and an assortment of small household appliances. An electric water heater ensures a constant supply of hot water.

Upstairs, you will find a modern bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The gite offers three comfortable bedrooms, including two with double beds and one with a single bed.

Outside, a lovely lawn and private parking area await you. Enjoy the beautiful garden furniture and make use of the convenient barbecue for outdoor meals.

For leisure activities, the gite provides bicycles for exploring the surrounding area, as well as table tennis and a climbing frame for active entertainment.
