Nestled at the foot of the Monts du Lyonnais and just a short 35-minute drive from Lyon, the Ferme du Buisson is steeped in history, dating back to the seventeenth century when it was part of the larger estate that included the magnificent Castle of La Flachère.

Step into a haven of tranquility as you are greeted by breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and the picturesque village of Sarcey. Immerse yourself in the charms of this historic building, lovingly restored to its former glory. The main buildings form a spacious open square facing south, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.

Choose from the self-catering cottage or one of the four beautifully appointed guest rooms, all located in the west wing of the farmhouse with private entrances. Très bon accueil et possibilité d'arriver tardivement (appréciable). Belle chambre romantique confortable et une propreté impécable. Un très bon petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Vous y venez une fois vous y reviendrez...cadre reposant et très agréable

Directions

To get to the "Domaine du Buisson" from Lyon, follow these directions: Take the A6 highway towards Paris and take exit 33 to Limonest. From there, follow the signs for "Villefranche / Roanne" by taking RN 6. Continue following the signs for "Arbresle Tarare". After driving for 10 km from Arbresle, turn right towards Sarcey. Once you reach the village, take a left and then the first right, following the signs for "Domaine du Buisson".

If you are coming from Paris, take the A6 highway towards Lyon. Exit at Villefranche Sur Saone and follow the directions for Roanne. When you reach "PontTarrets", follow the signs for D Tarare 338. Keep going straight and pass the sign for "Sarcey" on your left, continuing on D 338. The road called "Chemin du Buisson" will be the third small road on your left after the sign for "Sarcey".
