Our house features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. It also offers essential amenities such as dishes, kitchen utensils, a comfortable sofa, WIFI internet, and a television for your entertainment.

The house includes a charming bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Another bedroom is equipped with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed, along with a shower, toilet, and internet access.

Enjoy the outdoors on our terrace, where you can have a barbecue and relax on the garden furniture. Private parking is available for your convenience.

Conveniently located, our property is just 450m away from shops and 80m from the bus stop. Explore the beautiful surroundings with Annecy only 10 minutes away, Geneva 30 minutes away, Chambery and Lac du Bourget 40 minutes away, and Chamonix and Turin just a couple of hours away.

At COTTAGE SAVOISIEN, you will have access to various tourist circuits that can be easily reached by car, allowing you to discover the natural wonders and breathtaking landscapes of Savoy.

We welcome pets in the house (apartment), but kindly note that they are not allowed in the guest rooms.

Directions

Access: If you are coming from the A41 (Lyon-Geneva and Turin) Highway:
- From CRUSEILLES, GENEVA, TURIN, take the Annecy SOUTH exit and head towards SEYNOD. Stay to the right and do not take the Annecy exit. Once you pass BRESSIS church, take a right turn towards the 16 departmental CHAVANOD road.
- If you are coming from LYON, AIX-LES-BAINS, take the ALBY / CHERAN-RUMILLY exit or Sortie15.1. Follow the 201 road towards Annecy and after passing the village of Treige, turn left onto the road CHAVANOD Field of the FTA.
