Experience an unforgettable getaway in Burgundy at our newly renovated old wine estate. Offering a perfect blend of authenticity and comfort, our stone house is located in the heart of the Burgundy vineyard, ensuring an excellent stay for both short and long durations.

The house features a cozy living room equipped with modern amenities such as WiFi, television, CD player, DVD player, and a collection of books and games. The dining room includes a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge with a freezer. Additionally, there is a toilet and shower for your convenience.

On the upper floor, you will find a spacious and comfortable bedroom with antique washbasins, a double bed, and a single bed. We provide all the necessary bedding and towels, and baby equipment is available upon request. Heating is included in the rental.

Outside, you can relax on the terrace with a garden table and chairs, or unwind in the inner courtyard and garden deck chairs. There is also a barbecue and a garage for your use. We happily welcome small dogs, but kindly request that they be kept on a leash within the yard and garden.

Our peaceful location serves as an ideal starting point to explore the wonders of Burgundy. Whether you enjoy hiking, cycling, mountain biking, table tennis, relaxation, or visiting medieval villages, castles, and cellars, there is something for everyone. Additional activities include tennis, rollerblading on the greenway, and wine tasting festivals. For a unique experience, you can even take a boat trip on the Canal du Center.

The rates for weekly rentals are €310 and €340 during school holidays. Alternatively, you can book the cottage for €52 per night for two people or €62 per night for three people. Please note that during the peak season, a minimum stay of four nights is required, while the minimum stay during the low season is two nights.

Welcome to our charming duplex apartment located in the beautiful vineyards of Couchois in Burgundy. Situated in a self-contained restored house within a guest house in Couches, our tastefully decorated gite offers a comfortable and spacious bedroom for 2 or 3 guests. The bedroom is furnished with care and features a wash basin, toilet, and shower. Additionally, our gite includes a cozy living room with a kitchenette and a closed garage.

During your stay, you will have access to various activities and attractions nearby. For relaxation, you can enjoy peaceful walks through the vineyards or go cycling and mountain biking in the picturesque surroundings. If you prefer indoor activities, we also provide table tennis for your entertainment.

In Couches itself, there are plenty of activities to keep you engaged. You can try your hand at shooting or play a game of tennis. Don't miss the opportunity to explore the local cellars, visit the magnificent castle, and wander through the medieval village, immersing yourself in its rich history and charm.

The gite can be booked without breakfast at a rate of €52 per night for 2 persons and €62 per night for 3 people. Après un accueil sympathique et discret, nous nous sommes installés dans cette charmante maison agréablement décorée, entourée de fleurs. une adresse idéale pour les amoureux de la nature et de la tranquillité dans une ambiance campagnarde tout près de sites touristiques incontournables.

Directions

To get to our property, follow these travel directions:

1. Take the A6 highway towards Lyon.
2. Exit at Beaune Hospices, which is Exit 24.1 labeled "Beaune Chagny."
3. Once off the highway, take the N74 road towards Chagny.
4. Instead of entering Chagny, continue on the D974 road towards Le Creusot until you reach Saint Léger sur Dheune.
5. In Saint Léger sur Dheune, turn right and take the D978 road towards Couches.
6. Before reaching the castle, you will see a large wine-press. Turn left at this point and take the C10 road towards Origny.
7. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will come across a big yellow house on your left. Turn left here.
8. Our property will be easily recognizable on your right-hand side.
