Located within the scenic vineyards of Touraine, Domaine de la Chapelle is nestled in a spacious natural garden, providing a tranquil escape. Our charming stone longère and renovated Grange, both dating back to the 18th century, offer traditional and inviting accommodations. The property boasts 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms and a family suite with 2 rooms, all designed in the French style for a delightful bed and breakfast experience. Additionally, we have a studio that can accommodate 2 to 3 people, as well as a well-equipped self-catering apartment/gite. Each accommodation option includes a private bathroom, French television, hairdryer, and a welcome tray with a kettle, tea, coffee, and infusions. All the bedrooms offer picturesque views of the terrace and garden. Outside, you will find inviting terraces with comfortable garden furniture, a picnic bench, and a children's swing and slide area.

Description for Gite

Our self-catering gite is conveniently located on the ground floor, with its own private entrance. It is part of a charming 18th-century stone longere. The gite comfortably accommodates 2-4 people and boasts a well-appointed interior. There are two bedrooms - one double and one twin - and a modern family bathroom with a bath/shower and double vanity unit. The cozy lounge features comfortable seating for four, a TV/DVD, and French doors that open onto a small semi-shady terrace and the beautiful garden beyond. The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with an electric cooker and hood, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. Additionally, the kitchen is stocked with a coffee machine, toaster, blender, and a complete range of crockery and cooking utensils. Both bedrooms offer lovely views of the natural, picturesque garden, and the second bedroom has direct access to a sunny terrace and a spacious lawn area complete with garden furniture, BBQ, and sun loungers. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the communal gardens, which include a play area for children.

Nous venons de séjourner une deuxième fois au superbe Domaine de la Chapelle situé à Faverolles sur Cher.Pendant quatre jours de rêve,,nous avons occupé la chambre/studio au joli nom de " Mirabelle" et caractérisée par un confort absolu et un charme unique. L'accueil de Rebecca et de Philip a été extrêmement chaleureux et convivial Tout est fait pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. Le parc et le jardin parfaitement entretenus sont un ravissement pour les yeux .Le lieu est magique et vous permet de vous ressourcer tout en visitant également cette magnifique région qu'est la Touraine.

les chambres sont propres décorées avec goût et raffinement, la literie est très bonne, les petits déjeuners sont copieux, la maison est calme et dans la nature donc tranquilité garantie, la cuisine de la table d'hôte est excellente et copieuse, les propriétaires sont chaleureux et accueillants et sont aux petits soins pour que votre s&jour soit le plus agréable, rien à redire, une adresse à retenir et à conserver merci Rebecca et Philip et longue vie à votre belle demeure

Propriété magnifique, chambre très propre, hôtes très accueillants et aux petits soins pour leurs clients. Petit déjeuner copieux, une variété incroyable de confitures faites maison. Le raffinement à l'anglaise ! Nous avons adoré et conservons l'adresse !
Petit plus commercial : des réductions sur les châteaux et quelques autres activités touristiques de la région... la cerise sur le gâteau !

Directions

To get to Domaine de la Chapelle from Montrichard, cross the river Cher and proceed to the first roundabout. Take the second exit to cross the route nationale. At the next roundabout, take the first exit towards Loches/Faverolles sur Cher. Follow the signs for Loches for 1km until you see the sign for Faverolles on the right. Take the road to Faverolles and cross the small bridge. In the center of the village, pass the church on your right. Turn right onto Route de la Clemencerie and follow the signs for Les Maugeres. Pass the cemetery on your right and take the third road on the left, Route des Maugeres. Finally, you will find Domaine de la Chapelle, the last house on the right, enclosed within a long wall, opposite the vineyards.

If you are coming from Tours Sud (south Tours) or Blere, take the route nationale RN976 towards Vierzon and Bourges. Look for a sign that reads Montrichard 9km and continue along the RN976 for approximately 6km. After about 3km from Montrichard, you will pass a TOTAL garage on the right. Take the next road on the right, Faverolles, and follow the signs for Les Maugeres. Continue along Route de la Haute Clemencerie for about 800m until you reach Route des Maugeres. Domaine de la Chapelle will be the first house on the left, opposite the vineyards.

If you are coming from Vierzon, Bourges, or St Aignan, take the route nationale RN76 towards Tours and Montrichard. Exit the RN76 at the Montrichard/Faverolles sur Cher exit. At the first roundabout, take the second exit to cross over the route nationale. At the next roundabout, take the first exit towards Loches/Faverolles sur Cher. Follow the directions for Loches for 1.5km until you see the sign for Faverolles. Take the road to Faverolles and cross the small bridge. In the center of the village, pass the church on your right. Turn right onto Route de la Clemencerie and follow the signs for Les Maugeres. Pass the cemetery on your right and take the third road on the left, Route des Maugeres.
