Guests can indulge in a delicious continental breakfast and, on select evenings, enjoy a delightful dinner accompanied by a fine glass of wine. Additionally, guests have the option to utilize the self-catering facilities or explore the local restaurants in the area.

Le petit mas dile boasts a spacious garden, a picturesque meadow with friendly animals, and an enchanting old orchard filled with apple, pear, and nut trees. Within the orchard, there is a quaint campsite with 15 available spots. On the property, guests can also find a brand-new swimming pool, or venture out to swim in the numerous lakes scattered throughout the Charente region.

Welcome to our charming Gite, which was once the humble abode of the farm dating back to 1795. While we don't offer luxurious amenities, we take pride in providing a cozy and pleasant stay. The Gite features a compact yet comfortable bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. The bedroom boasts a charming double bed for your utmost comfort. Additionally, our second Gite, located on the first floor, offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. As you explore our lovely garden, you'll discover the delightful "garden house" spanning 30m2. This space is complete with a fully-equipped kitchen, a table, a sofa, and even a fridge, ensuring your convenience during your stay.

Directions

To reach St Germain de Confolens, follow the road that leads from Bellac to Confolens. As you continue on this road, you will come across a bridge over the Vienne river, which you should cross to enter St Radegond. Once you've crossed the bridge, take the first left onto the D71 road. After traveling approximately 1.5 km, you will find us on the right side of the road.
