This renovated studio style chalet is located on the slopes, facing south-west, in the heart of the resort. Situated on the 6th floor with an elevator, it offers a panoramic view. Adjacent to the mall and cinema Péclet, you can easily access all amenities including a free shuttle to the station. The studio has been completely refurbished this year in an old wooden chalet style, ensuring everything is new and fresh. We place great importance on cleanliness and require guests to leave the studio in impeccable condition. We believe that the satisfaction of all tenants throughout the season depends on this commitment. The studio can accommodate four people, with a sofa bed in the main room and two bunk beds in the entrance. The bed area is separated from the rest of the studio by a wooden sliding door, ensuring privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, including a coffee maker, pressure cooker, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. The bathroom is also new and there is a separate toilet. The balcony offers a veranda decorated with old wood, providing a charming outdoor space. Additionally, there is a ski locker for your convenience and security. Entertainment options include a TV with a DVD player and cable channels. Our studio is not classified, not because it lacks quality (the pictures speak for themselves), but because we prefer to avoid unnecessary bureaucracy. The rental period is from Saturday to the following Saturday, with check-out at 10am. Rates include water and electricity and are supported by a quality rental service. To secure your reservation, we require a deposit of 25% of the rental amount, as well as a security deposit of 400 euros. The security deposit will be returned after the next tenant checks the studio and inventory, provided no damages are reported. Additionally, a daily tax of 0.90 euros per person is payable to the Treasury. Upon payment of the deposit, a lease will be sent to you. The weekly rate for this chalet is between 450 EUR and 800 EUR. Please note that linens are not provided and must be brought by guests. We are fluent in French and Italian.
