The gîte has 4 bathrooms, one of which is accessible for people with disabilities.The well-equipped kitchen includes two refrigerators, a freezer, an oven, a hob, three coffee makers, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, and a dishwasher. The living room offers a connected TV and a Wi-Fi stereo system. Outside, enjoy the terrace with garden furniture and a swimming pool (10.50 x 5.50 meters) complete with deckchairs. Adjacent to the pool, you'll find a plancha, barbecue, and sink.
For recreation, the property features a pétanque court, a swing, and a ping pong table. At the bottom of the garden, children can feed the chickens and visit the rabbits. The location is steeped in history, with the nearby castle being the filming site for "Les Traîtres" on M6 last year, as well as the France 2 series "Fortune de France" and "La Fille de Dartagnan," among others.
A variety of activities await, including evening events at the Château de Biron, farmers' markets, village festivals, hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding.
