Welcome to Villa Laurent Vidal, located in the charming old town of Plouharnel. Situated near the "Notre-Dame des Fleurs" chapel and just a short distance from the scenic coastal path (GR34), our villa offers a minimum stay of 5 nights, allowing you to enjoy the stunning surroundings between the ocean and the Bay of Quiberon.

Nestled on Rue de la Baie, a peaceful dead end street that leads to the sea on the Bay side and the Kercroc oyster farming yards, our villa provides convenient access to all necessary amenities. Within walking distance, you'll find a supermarket, pharmacy, press, as well as a variety of restaurants and bistros.

Boasting a 4-star classification in the Furnished Tourism category, our villa is a separate dwelling from the guest rooms but shares the same property. The ground floor features a spacious living room (50 m2), laundry room, toilet, and a bathroom with an Italian shower.

Upstairs, you'll find three double bedrooms furnished with king-size beds (180cm). Two of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms with walk-in showers and toilets, while the third bedroom has access to a shared bathroom (180cm bed and 2x90cm beds).

Our villa offers a private swimming pool exclusively for your use. The pool is heated and maintained at a comfortable 28°C from March to October. With a depth of 2.10m across its entire surface (7 X 3.50m), the pool is covered by a sliding shelter that can be fully retracted. In the mid-season, you can still enjoy swimming with the shelter closed, as it is secured by a key and complies with the NF P 90-309 safety standard. The terrace is equipped with sofas, deck chairs, a hammock, tables, and a barbecue, providing you with the perfect space to relax and unwind.

Ensuring your privacy, the garden is completely enclosed. The parking lot can accommodate up to three vehicles, and there is an option for electric recharging from a regular outlet.

Please note that our accommodation is currently not equipped for individuals with reduced mobility.

The price of your stay is all-inclusive, covering bed and bathroom linen, pool towels, taxes, and more. The beds will be made for your convenience.

Additionally, depending on availability with the guest rooms, you have the opportunity to borrow a paddle, surfboard, kayak, or bikes.

Situated between the ocean and the Bay of Quiberon, this property offers a minimum stay of 5 nights.

Nestled at the end of Rue de la Baie, which leads to the bay and the Kercroc oyster farms, the villa benefits from a tranquil location while still being within walking distance of all necessary amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, press shops, restaurants, and bistros.

With a 4-star classification in the Furnished Tourist Category, the villa boasts a spacious ground floor comprising of a large living room (50 m2), laundry room, toilet, and a bathroom with an Italian shower. Upstairs, you will find three double bedrooms featuring king-size beds (180cm), with two bedrooms having their own private bathroom equipped with a WC and walk-in shower. The third bedroom has access to a bathroom with a 180cm bed and two 90cm beds.

The villa offers a private swimming pool exclusively for your use, which is heated and maintained at a comfortable temperature of 28°C from March to October. De l'accueil à notre départ, notre séjour s'est merveilleusement déroulé. La maison est parfaite, propre, fonctionnelle, agréablement décorée. L'emplacement permet de se déplacer à vélo ou à pied pour les courses de tous les jours et de se rendre facilement, en voiture, aux points d'intérêts de la région. La piscine a fait le bonheur de la famille même lors des jours pluvieux où la protection a été bien utile.
C'est un endroit que nous conseillons vivement pour un séjour en famille.
