We warmly invite you to our property, where you will find a peaceful and inviting family suite measuring 75 m². The suite consists of two bedrooms that can accommodate up to four people.

In Leonard's room, you will find a spacious bed measuring 180 cm. Alicia's room offers a comfortable bed measuring 140 cm, along with a corner bed measuring 90x180, perfect for accommodating a child under 12 years old.

The suite also includes a shared shower room and toilet, as well as a living room complete with a library, dining area, and office space. Step outside onto the 40 m² terrace and enjoy the fresh air.

You will have your own private entrance, allowing you the freedom to come and go as you please. For your convenience and safety, reserved parking is provided in the enclosed courtyard.

In the morning, indulge in a delicious breakfast served in the family dining room or on the terrace, depending on the season and weather.

This charming cottage is located in a historic house that is over 100 years old, exuding a countryside ambiance that guarantees peace, tranquility, and relaxation. It has been awarded a "3-star furnished tourism" rating by the Prefecture of Vienne, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Spanning across two levels, the cottage boasts a spacious 100 m² floor area and is situated in close proximity to the owners' residence. It can accommodate up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families or small groups.

The ground floor features a welcoming living room and a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, spanning 36 m². Additionally, there is a convenient toilet for guests' use. The kitchen leads out to a partially covered 30 m² terrace, which overlooks the garden that is complete with a children's play area featuring a porch and slide.

Moving upstairs, you will find two cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom spans 20 m² and is furnished with a comfortable 160-sized bed. The second bedroom, measuring 21 m², offers a combination of a 140-sized bed and two 90-sized beds. There is also a shower room and a separate toilet. For those seeking an elevated space to unwind, a second terrace of 30 m² awaits on the upper level, providing a solarium-like experience with beautiful views of the courtyard and garden.
